PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKE A BOOKING
TRANSPORT STATUS
All vehicles pre booked with WAVE TAXI are operating as private hire vehicles.
PRICES
- Prices are quoted on the informations given by the Customer.
- Prices are warranted maximum for one month upfront.
- For all journeys pre booked via phone call customer will pay price shown on the taxi meter. Exception is if customer has been told other price during booking / phone call and this price is saved in WAVE TAXI booking system with time when booking has been created in booking system.
- For all journeys pre booked via email customer will pay price given in email offer.
- For all journeys pre booked via Online booking system and mobile booking app customer will pay price shown in system or app.
CHANGES
Any changes to the route, collection or drop off time or point must be at all times, confirmed with WAVE TAXI booking office, not the driver.
ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE
WAVE TAXI reserves the right to provide alternative vehicle (s) to carry out booking.
DELAYS
WAVE TAXI cannot be held responsible for failure to reach or leave destinations at desired time or for any delays which is beyond our control.
SEAT BELTS
All passengers must wear seat belts in our cars at all times. Driver and WAVE TAXI cannot be held responsible for failure to wear seat belts. We will not accept any liability for injuries happend on board of our vehicles if seat belt were not worn at all times.
PASSENGERS BEHAVIOUR
If any passenger will behave in any way which is making danger to other passengers or driver or if driver isn't feeling comfortable to continue travel safely WAVE TAXI reserves right to finish hire. In that situation customer will be charged full amount of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking please contact us ASAP.
- Cancellations or non cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will still be charged at full price quoted.
- Cancellations or non cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will still be charged at 50% of the price quoted.
- WAVE TAXI reserves the right to cancel any bookings without any explanation or reasoning to why it was cancelled at any time.
- WAVE TAXI cannot be held responsible for any losses made in result of cancellation.
NO SHOW OR ADDITONAL WAITING TIME
Maximum waiting time is 10 mins for local taxi and 30 mins for long distance taxi or Airport and seaport runs.
After maximum waiting time (described above) if the passenger isn't at the pickup location the driver will drive away and you will be charged whole booking amount.
After 30 mins for Airport and seaport runs if no contact is made from you to the driver, the driver will be waiting for the next 20 mins. If still no contact is made, the driver will drive away and you will be charged full booking amount + waiting time.
If contact was made and customer / passenger require addtional waiting time, fee for additional waiting time is 20 GBP per every started 30 mins.
Our vehicles are equipped in tracking system and all "no show" cases or additional fees for waiting time will be calculated agreed with tracking system measurements.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Soiling fee - Any passenger who soil our vehicle making it not suitable to continue to work without vehicle cleaning will be charged fee of 600GBP.
If fee will not be paid straight away we reserve right to charge original payment method used for booking.
If we are unable to recover payment in next 24 hrs passenger will be charged additional fee 100 GBP per day until payment is made in full as a compensation for lost incomes.
Passengers and customer (person who made booking) are responsible together for any payments to WAVE TAXI.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Drivers or operators which are working for WAVE TAXI are not eligliable to change these conditions under any circumstances.
WAVE TAXI reserve right to record passengers (picture and / or voice) during travel and use these records only for pricing purposes, safety purposes, legal purposes or financial and / or other loss recovery purposes.
If you have made booking with WAVE TAXI (via email, phone call, online, mobile app) it mean you have read and accepted above conditions.
