Local Travel – How Availability Works
We do not operate from taxi ranks or wait in town centres for short trips. Our service is built around scheduled journeys and longer-distance travel.
Short local journeys within town are not offered as advance bookings. These may be accepted on a short-notice basis where a vehicle is available between existing journeys.
Certain journeys are accepted as pre-booked travel, particularly for destinations such as Glan Clwyd Hospital, Abergele and Ysbyty Gwynedd, which can be incorporated into our scheduled routes.
Availability for all local travel depends on current bookings and routing.
